Finish the job, write the invoice in a couple of minutes, and send it by email or WhatsApp. The customer pays you — your PayPal or the bank details printed on the bill. MyOnlineInvoice does not take the job money.

What you can actually do

• One invoice with call-out, labour and materials as separate lines, with VAT if you are registered
• Send by email, WhatsApp or a link. They do not need an account
• Turn an estimate into the invoice, and record a deposit when they pay part
• A reminder if it is still unpaid after the due date
