How do I create my first invoice?

Sign in, name your business, press New invoice, add a customer and a line, then Send. Most people finish in under two minutes.

Can customers pay online?

Yes. Share the secure invoice link. They can pay by card or mark a bank transfer. You can also record cash and cheque yourself.

Does MyOnlineInvoice replace my accountant?

No. It keeps the books tidy enough that your accountant spends less time on data entry. You can invite them as an accountant role.

Is there a free invoice generator?

Yes — no account required. Print or save a PDF, then create a workspace when you want tracking and payments.

What about VAT?

Set a default rate for your country, override per line, mark customers as exempt, and report tax collected from the reports screen.
