How do I create my first invoice?+

Sign in, name the business, tap New invoice, add a customer and a line, then Send. Most people finish in under two minutes.

Do I need a card to try it?+

No. The free plan is 3 invoices and 3 estimates a month, with PDF and a customer list. No card. Join Professional when you need more.

Is there a free invoice with no account?+

Yes. Use the free invoice maker, print or save a PDF, then create a workspace when you want tracking and reminders.

Can I use it on my phone?+

Use the site in the browser on any phone. On Android and iPhone you can add it to the home screen. Customers pay from the invoice link; they do not need an app.

Can I send estimates as well as invoices?+

Yes. Write an estimate, send it for approval, then convert it to an invoice (and a deposit invoice if you need one) in one tap.

How do I use AI write-up?+

On the invoice tap AI fill and type the job in a sentence. We draft the lines, descriptions and totals. You check them before sending.

How does Voice to invoice work?+

On the invoice tap Voice and speak the job (Chrome or Safari). We turn the speech into a draft. Edit anything that came out wrong, then save.

Can I scan a receipt?+

Yes. In Expenses, Scan receipt and photograph the supplier slip. We pull supplier, date, total and VAT. Check the figures before you save.

Getting paid

How do customers pay?+

Customers open the invoice link and pay you — PayPal or the bank details you print. MyOnlineInvoice does not take the invoice money. You pay us only for the software.

Do you take Stripe or PayPal?+

You add your own PayPal email in Settings. Customers pay you. The Professional membership is paid to MyOnlineInvoice with PayPal, monthly, or yearly at 20% off. We do not take card payments on invoices.

Can customers pay in Bitcoin or Ethereum?+

Yes, when those wallets are on the invoice. They send the amount shown. The invoice is marked paid only after the payment is seen - tapping “I’ve sent it” is not enough.

What if a customer only pays part?+

Record a partial payment. The balance stays due. Payment plans and deposits are on Professional.

What is on the free plan?+

3 invoices a month and 3 estimates a month, plus a customer list and PDF. Signing out does not reset the count.

How much is Professional?+

Professional is £17.99 a month. Business is £39.99 a month. Yearly PayPal is 20% off. Crypto is yearly only, 40% off. Prices on this site are in pounds.

Can I cancel?+

Yes. Monthly access lasts until the paid period ends. There is no lock-in after that. You keep your invoices.

Do you invoice other countries?+

Yes. Tax labels and rates for VAT, GST, sales tax and more. Set the country on the business; override per line if a job is different.
