How do I create my first invoice?+

Sign in, name the business, tap New invoice, add a customer and a line, then Send. Most people finish in under two minutes.

Do I need a card to try it?+

No. You get 14 days of Professional with no card. After that the free plan allows 3 invoices a month until you join Professional.

Is there a free invoice with no account?+

Yes. Use the free generator, print or save a PDF, then create a workspace when you want tracking, reminders and pay-by-bank.

Can I use it on my phone?+

Yes. The site works in the browser. On Android, Get the app installs a home-screen icon (Play Store Trusted Web Activity) that opens the same account.

Can I send estimates as well as invoices?+

Yes. Write an estimate, send it for approval, then convert it to an invoice (and a deposit invoice if you need one) in one tap.

How do I use AI write-up?+

On the invoice tap AI fill and type the job in a sentence. We draft the lines, descriptions and totals. You check them before sending.

How does Voice to invoice work?+

On the invoice tap Voice and speak the job (Chrome or Safari). We turn the speech into a draft. Edit anything that came out wrong, then save.

Can I scan a receipt?+

Yes. In Expenses, Scan receipt and photograph the supplier slip. We pull supplier, date, total and VAT. Check the figures before you save.

Getting paid

How do customers pay?+

They open the invoice link and pay by bank (UK, Europe, US, Canada when your provider is live). You can also print bank details on the PDF and record cash yourself.

What is TrueLayer?+

Pay by bank. The customer approves a payment in their own bank app. Money goes to your TrueLayer merchant account once that account is verified and live.

I’m not approved on TrueLayer yet. Can people still pay?+

Sandbox is for testing with Mock UK Bank. Live bank pay needs TrueLayer to finish company / identity checks. Until then, customers can still transfer using the details on the invoice.

Do you take Stripe or PayPal?+

Not as a built-in checkout. If you already have another provider, you can paste their checkout URL under Settings → Payments → Redirect.

What is on the free plan?+

3 invoices a month, customers, PDF. Signing out does not reset the count. Join Professional for unlimited invoices and payments.

How much is Professional?+

See Pricing — we show dollars, euros or pounds from where you visit. In the UK it is £17.99 a month, or 20% off for 12 months. Crypto yearly is 40% off.

Can I cancel?+

Yes. Monthly access lasts until the paid period ends. There is no lock-in after that. You keep your invoices.

Do you invoice other countries?+

Yes. Tax labels and rates for VAT, GST, sales tax and more. Set the country on the business; override per line if a job is different.
